PLEASE NOTE: I CAN TELL YOU THAT FORD DID NOT INSTALL ALL THE DATA WIRES NEEDED FOR THE CONSOLE TO DISPLAY FUEL AND MILEAGE FUNCTIONS. ONLY THE LARIAT TRUCKS CAME WITH ALL THE WIRES NEEDED. VERY, VERY, VERY, VERY FEW 1999 TO 2004 XLT's HAVE BEEN KNOWN TO HAVE A COMPLETE LARIAT WIRING HARNESS INSTALLED AT THE FACTORY, YEARS 2005- 2007 ARE HARDER TO FIND ALL WIRES BECAUSE THEY MOVED THE DISPLAY TO THE DASH. A FEW 2005 - 2007 TRUCKS HAVE BEEN FOUND TO HAVE ONE MISSING WIRE THAT DISPLAYS THE FUEL MILAGE FUNCTION. WIRES ARE ALWAYS FOUND ON THE 1999 -2004 MODEL YEARS. AS A FREE BONUS !!!!!! FOR INFORMATION ONLY, I WILL SHARE AND SEND YOU THE WIRING INSTRUCTIONS FROM MY KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE OF INSTALLING MANY CONSOLES. THESE INSTRUCTIONS SHOW WHERE THE WIRES ARE NORMALLY LOCATED ON THE SUPER DUTY TRUCKS. ONLY YOU KNOW YOUR ABILITIES TO WIRE IN THIS CONSOLE. 2005 – 2007 TRUCK OWNERS WILL HAVE TO DOUBLE CHECK USING THEIR VIN NUMBER FOR PROPER PINS AND WIRING LOCATIONS. FORD USED A FEW WIRING HARNESSES DURING THE BUILD YEARS IN 2005 TO 2007. If you are replacing a broken or stolen console in a truck that had a overhead console THIS WOULD BE VERY SIMPLE TO INSTALL JUST PLUG AND PLAY. All my consoles are OEM Ford Super Duty Consoles that has been refurbished, each console has been inspected and refinished as needed to provide you with a new looking excellent condition and ready to install console. Your refurbished console will be in sent in excellent condition and ready to be installed in your NEW or OLDER truck for a great factory looking install . Each computer board has been shop tested with the new trouble free version LED boards for problem free operation. The early version LED boards had many failure problems. These consoles feature a digital LCD multi- function display, compass, miles to empty, miles per gallon and outside temperature can be displayed. All Fords two button full display consoles are hard to find, this one has the large single compartment opening for extra storage. Ford used this style console in every year model from 1999 to 2007. In 2005 – 2007 the same console shell was used but the display was moved to the dashboard. The consoles are ready to install in any year Super Duty. I will send you all the clips needed for a snap-in install, no drilling required. The console and mounting plate will fit the roof contour and factory roof supports that are under your headliner of the 1999 to 2007 F-250 / 350 / 450 / 550 / 650 Super Duty for a factory looking install. I will include instructions on how to layout and cut the headliner hole without removing the headliner. This helps the install go well and a roof template is included for a perfect fit. PLEASE NOTE: THE OPTIONAL OUTSIDE TEMPERATURE SENSOR IS NOT INCLUDED WITH THE KIT , It is your option if you want to purchase and mount the outside temperature in the grill and hook the VSS wire. I will also send you the instructions on how to CALIBRATE THE COMPASS to work in your area. I will work close with you and answer any questions you have however I do not give any refunds on my consoles.
